Stephen Lance Young is the proud owner of Southern California Jewelry and Loan. He has served this community for 39 years. Stephen loves to help his fellow neighbor and that hows he centers SCJNL. He started out when he was 12 at a hobby shop and fell in love with the business. Now he lives to serve at his Pawn Shop So people in Santa Ana and other areas have a place for financial refuge.
